"Arrived pretty late but a warm welcome from the staff, the complimentary drink on arrival was well received and nice surprise. We stayed in the Langford Room which was amazing, lovely a clean, nice little things like the cookies and a welcome personalised note. Miles was excellent, spent time chatting with us and telling us about the area and where to go. Would highly recommend and will definately be back "

"Bad smell in the room, which was room 22 in the annex. There was a broken chair in the room, we brought it to the reception. They first doubted it was broken, and then we could take a chair from the restaurant. They did not offer to bring it to the room. My guess is that the broken chair now is back in the room. If we wanted to use the electric kettle, we had to put it on the floor, otherwise the cord couldn't reach the plug. In all the picture we saw on hotels.com there was some view. We...

"Room was lovely and bigger than I expected and even had sea view. Staff were friendly when we checked in. Hotel is situated great for visiting The Playhouse. We would definitely stay here again."

"Very cosy place and easy to check in and out at. The bed in the bedroom was a bit too small and the mattress was too hard. Nice touch with toys in the room and my girls thought it was amazing to see the goat walking around. We will definitely come back."
