With access to the neighborhood association’s Green Lake beach, swim dock and launch just a short stroll away and kayaks provided, you have a front-row seat to one of the region's best all-sports lakes. Our location and amenities help ensure a wonderful stay whether you are seeking a quiet stay to read by the fireplace and connect with friends and family, explore the many 4 season outdoor adventures in the area and right in the Green Lake neighborhood or dive into local culture and entertainment. The pace and the path are yours to choose.

The Amenities
We’ve stocked the "Adventure Gear Cupboard" and garage with everything you need to enjoy the Up North lifestyle—no rental fees required!
• Water Fun: 2 Kayaks, 8 plush beach towels, 2 beach mats, 2 beach chairs, and a portable cooler plus a handy wagon to make your stroll to the water pleasant.
• Sport & Play: Pickleball equipment (to use at nearby Green Lake Park courts), 2 fishing poles, and Disc Golf gear.
• On Two Wheels: 2 Guest bicycles and helmets for local cruising (additional rentals available in Traverse City).
• Backyard Oasis: Private fire pit with Adirondack seating and a gas grill for evening cookouts. Local tip, bring home a bottle of locally made wine, mead or beer to make your evening as “Up North” as it gets.
• Indoor Entertainment: Basement game table, a curated collection of board games, and a Smart TV with streaming services.
• The Essentials: Fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee station, coffee essentials, high-speed Wi-Fi, linens / bedding, towels, basic toiletries, blackout curtains, washer and dryer, laundry detergent, paper towels. We want you to focus on enjoying your and not making several trips to the grocery store!



The Experience
• Morning: Load up the provided beach gear and head to the private beach/picnic area. Green Lake is famous for its sandy bottom and crystal-clear water—perfect for a morning swim or a quiet paddle in the kayaks.
• Afternoon: Pedal your way through the pines to Interlochen State Park or hit the local pickleball courts for a friendly match. If you’re feeling adventurous, head to the nearby Lost Lake Pathway for a hike.
• Evening: As the sun dips, retreat to the backyard. Grill local favorites and gather around the stone fire pit for s'mores. On summer nights, you can often hear the faint, magical echoes of rehearsals drifting over from the Interlochen Arts Academy shells.
