"We got there for 4:45pm and our room wasn’t ready, apparently, apparently check in is “from” 4 and doesn’t mean it will be ready at 4 ???? This is the second time we have stayed, we previously stayed when it was under a different name, there has been lots of improvements though and you can see they are trying to make it better. We only used it as a 1 night base because we had plans for days either side, was perfect just for a 1 night stay asking as you prepare your self for no thrills. Kids...

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, clean room with good amenities. I also had a stunning beach view.
Nothing was too much trouble. They even catered for my Gluten sensitivity. The food at Breakfast and dinner was absolutely delicious.
My massage was heavenly also.
The only think I didn’t like was the fact I had to leave such a wonderful place! "

Only thing I would say is that some basic instructions for the combi oven would be helpful as we were never sure if we had the right setting! 😂 and perhaps some softer pillows as they were on the hard side. Personal choice of course. Overall def come back! "
