"The stay at Drury Plaza was ok. The rooms were clean and spacious. No complaints there.
But the breakfast buffet was very bad and uninspiring. There were, apart from apples and bananas, no fresh vegetables nor fruit. The bomuld eggs were clearly not freshly cooked at the hotel, but from a bucket/jar.
I would suggest going for a bit more ingredients - and just fresh food. Not all that processed food.
We did not try the evening buffet for this reason."

The front desk said to give it 20 minutes, so I waited about an hour, and the TV was still not working. I requested a new room, she put me on the second floor room 208, and that room looked used and not very clean. Bed had stains, towels looked touched, counters weren't wiped, the coffee machine was dirty, toilet seat was up and slightly dirty. I requested 3rd or 4th floor...

"The checkin was easy. The staff quickly got extra towels when I needed more. They were helpful in answering questions. We enjoyed our stay there. The staff were super nice and friendly. The breakfast was great! Waffles, eggs, sausages, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, and the condiments. Cranberry, apple, and orange juice as well as lemonade. Milk, coffee, tea. The breakfast was very good. The dining area was clean, comfortable, plenty of seats, and you could watch tv during your meal. "

"We had a small issue checking in. First room the door would not lock; second room had not be cleaned and no sheets on bed; third room was a hit. At night the room across the hall from us partied in the hall until 1:30. But I did not make a complaint because I did not want to cause any problems. Perhaps set some kind of noise signage to discourage that behavior. "

"This hotel was gorgeous! We arrived late so we didn’t spend any time around the area so I'm not sure how that is. I will say it is very loud especially at night outside. I swear the same car kept driving back and forth on the street outside of our room and it was SO loud that was the only thing we weren’t happy with. "
