We got a room in the old 16th century hacienda, and it was magnificent with tall ceilings and even a fresco. Everything was true luxury and beautiful. Perfect place to adapt to the altitude and recover from jetlag. A pleasant surprise was the restaurant with a comprehensive selection of Peruvian and international dishes. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and went to the restaurant all 3 evenings - everything was very delicious. We also got very nice couples massage at the spa. Special thanks...

The hotel is truly relaxing! It’s quiet and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff are genuinely kind and attentive to our needs. The breakfast is outstanding and absolutely delicious.

Probably a 5-star hotel in terms of location and facilities. All staff were individually kind, nice and service minded, but the overall management and coordination seemed a bit lacking in order of a smooth running and operation.
