Everything was perfectly up-to-date, from the modern appliances and TVs to the coffee maker. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and all the supplies provided were so helpful. The cottage was super cute, the A/C worked well, the river was amazing and we had great communication with our host. Super cute towns (Ingram and Kerrville) and the nicest little market nearby with all the supplies we needed. "

"Comfortable and homey! The wrap around porch was the greatest especially in the morning for coffee. Roomy kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Wifi and good tv service. Great beds and bathrooms. Even though you have to walk a ways to the river. It's a superb place for swimming, diving, floating, just sitting. Would visit again."
