"This was a great choice for a 1 night stay pre-cruise. It was a short walk to fun, local restaurants and shops. This is really more like a guesthouse than a hotel. There’s no front desk or any staff onsite, you just get a code to get into the building and another for your room. Room was clean and comfortable and we loved that they provided bottled water. Communication by text/Whattsapp beforehand was excellent. Great stay for the price. "

"We arrived pretty late after 1am and were accommodated and welcomed. Checkin was quick and we paid for a late checkout which was EXTREMELY reasonable. Such a cute little place. And it’s close to a 24hr supermarket and food. Very nice place "

"The Doubletree is located in the Condado neighbourhood but not in an especially charming setting. The Asford avenue, however, is only 5 minutes walk away and the vibrant Santurce area is also close. A taxi to old town will cost you 20 USD, and Uber 12-15. As a plus - if you need to buy groceries etc. - there is a mayor supermarket just in front of the hotel. The common areas of the hotel are generally nice. Be aware,though, that pool is minuscule and can get extremely crowded. There is a...

"Coqui Del Mar was welcoming and the manager bent over backwards to make sure all guests were happy. The majority of the clientele was male and they were in a safe space to be themselves. It was extremely gentle and evenings were generally quiet. Respect throughout. This is a place that values equality and dignity."
