You have an entire home unit to yourself. You have 3 private patios. Very clean and tastefully furnished.
The mattresses are very nice and comfortable and have always had a minimum of 2 mattress covers.

The utilities can easily run up if you are not accustomed to desert living.
We have to talk about this because some people have no idea what utilities cost and simply leave everything on all day and night.Please discuss before you book.
There is shopping center 1 block away with grocery store,restaurants,
fast food, pizza parlor,
drive thru banks & pharmacies.
Across the street is Polo Grounds where they hold Coachella & Stagecoach Music Festival which you can walk to. There are alot of hiking trails out here.
