Pool heating is $60/day with 24 hours' notice (capped $1,000/month, max 82F); the hot tub is free to heat.



Pets are welcome for $150 per animal; keep them off beds and sofas ($150 per bed if pet hair is found).



The HOA prohibits street parking, max 4 vehicles; violations risk a $200+ fine and towing.



Quiet hours 10pm to 8am.



Early check-in or late check-out (up to 2 hours) available for $75, subject to availability
