The Space

The crown jewel of Port Royal Paradise is the massive backyard with a saltwater pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, outdoor dining area, and an oversized grass area for fun lawn games! Enjoy this desert oasis in full: dine al fresco, get your tan on in any of the comfortable chaise lounges, take a dip in the refreshing saltwater pool, and enjoy the view of the palm trees swaying overhead.

Port Royal Paradise is a charming, three-bedroom two bathroom home with a modern desert/palm springs boutique design. The space can sleep up to 8 guests. Enjoy use of the full kitchen with a breakfast bar and stocked coffee station as well as dining for 8 both inside and in the backyard. Cozy up in the living room for a movie night on the comfortable couch across from the 60-inch tv. Turn up the ambiance in the decorative fireplace with the electric candles. Get your best night's sleep in any of our elegantly designed bedrooms with memory foam mattresses. Two rooms contain queen beds and the third includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and a separate twin bed for all types of sleeping arrangements.

The house is located in Bermuda Dunes which is the perfect location for everything the desert has to offer. Port Royal Paradise is 15 minutes from Empire Polo Club, PGA West, and El Paseo; 25 minutes from downtown Palm Springs; 30 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park's south entrance. There are dozens of golf courses located within 15 minutes of the house.

There are security cameras outside on the front, side, and back of the house in the pool area for safety but not in the house.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am daily.

No parties or events are allowed during your stay.

There is a per-day fee for heating of the spa/pool. Price varies depending on the season.

Up to 2 pets are allowed per stay however, there is a pet fee of $25/pet per night. Max 2 pets. Dogs and cats only.

Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation at any time during your stay.
Please note, that while the house is cleaned regularly before and after each guest's stay, this desert region is known for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry a lot of desert sand that may collect on outdoor furniture overnight.
