Self Check-In:
You’ll receive a unique front door code and front gate code before your arrival. These will be active during your reservation window, so you can check in at your convenience—no key needed!

🍳 Kitchen & Dining — Part of the living room, the main house's fully stocked kitchen has cookware, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen also has a stacked washer and dryer, and its counter island seats five.

Booking this property means you agree to the house rules. Some highlights:
Check-in/out: Check-in is at 5pm and check-out is at 10am. Early check in is at discretion of host and may involve a $150 fee. Inquire with host.
Parties and Events: Parties and events are not permitted without prior permission from host.
Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of noise levels after 9pm, and outdoor noise must end after 10 PM.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Additional fees may apply for violations of house rules, such as excessive cleaning required.
