THE Fairway is a fresh mid-century modern retreat with 3 beds/2 baths located within the famous Indian Palms Country Club, a gated community with 24/7 security and a 27-hole championship golf course offering breathtaking mountain and golf course views. This home has a lush, private backyard, with a swimming pool and spa, gas BBQ, and outdoor dining area. The backyard faces West so you can enjoy afternoon sun and breathtaking sunset views.

The home is equipped with WiFi, Smart TVs (Cable TV also provided in living room), in-house washer and dryer, dishwashing machine, attached 2-car garage, board games, and fully stocked kitchen with appliances/tools for all your kitchen needs.

Indian Palms is the desert's first-ever public golf course. Take your pick of three 9-hole courses, or play them all! Golf is pay as you go. Golfers may also enjoy courses at PGA West in La Quinta, a 6-minute drive from THE Fairway.

Upon request and included in your stay, guests may access the Indian Palms Country Club lifestyle center and enjoy the fitness center, tennis courts, bocce and pickle ball.

POOL HEATING:
There is an optional fee to heat the pool at this home suggested from November through May. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. The cost will be $75/day and a two-day minimum. The spa will be heated at no extra charge.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Please note, we have cameras on property: one at the front door (doorbell) and one located inside the garage area. There is no camera in the pool area.

GOLF COURSE VIEWS
Our guests enjoy the mountain views from the backyard and watching the golfers tee off. Please note, some days golf balls may land on our property. We are not liable for any damages. Swimming and lounging in the backyard is at your own risk.
