Note: This is a quiet, residential area—perfect for relaxation but close enough to the action. No large parties allowed. Maximum occupancy allowed is 6 adults.

Pool heating is optional and priced based on outdoor temperatures during your stay. Please request pool heating at the time of your reservation.
Because heating costs increase significantly in colder weather, rate typically is $65 per day. We’re happy to provide an exact quote prior to booking based on forecasted temperatures for your dates. The pool can be heated up to 86 degrees.

Vacation rental agreement will be completed for stays over 30 days at the check-in with the renter’s copy of ID.

Pool Use:
Use of the pool is entirely at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Guests agree to follow all posted rules and exercise caution at all times. Diving, running, or unsafe behavior is prohibited.

Children:
Guests are fully responsible for the supervision and safety of all children at all times, especially in and around the pool and outdoor areas. Children must never be left unattended near the pool.
Guests accept full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of all members of their party, including children and invitees, during their stay. The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss or damage to personal property that may occur while on the premises, except as required by applicable law.

By confirming your reservation, you agree to use the property responsibly, follow all house rules, and indemnify and hold the host harmless from any claims arising from your stay.
