"My family is from Palacios and we have stayed at several homes there and this is by far the best home we have stayed in. My mother passed away on Monday morning and we decided to still go to Palacios and celebrate her. I will definitely be staying here again. The property was fully furnished. Plenty of towels, kitchen essentials and games for the kids. Not to mention the cable was a plus."

"The Trout House is a great place to stay. Place was spotless and in a great location. Has a Shuffleboard table inside and a great place to sit in the front.
