Thank you for staying with us. I do understand the frustration about the towels. After housekeeping leaves for the day, our policy is to have the guest come down to the front desk for clean towels as we are a select service hotel and do not have night time housekeeping.

Hello Mary, I am sorry that you were not happy with your stay. I have spoken with the staff and checked the room you were in, and did not see the broken toilet seat or ripped shower curtain. I do apologize that you experienced issues and felt you needed to check out early instead of addressing the staff with them. I hope that you give us another chance.

I do understand that you were upset about the leak, but unfortunately, you can not take the drain out and then film it to get a refund for your stay.
