Older, dated hotel but quite clean. Breakfast options very limited with few protein options besides powdered eggs. Website should reflect there is NOT an in room safe as we had to drag a lot of cash, gifts and valuables with us all week long. Staff was great and very accommodating. EXCEPT the night auditor on Tuesday night 12/23/25. The filth and bigotry coming out of her mouth and the videos she was watching while at the front desk was repulsive. I happen to be on disability with food stamp allotment and my son is part black. I made exceptional money even for Naples, Florida standards and earned every penny of my social security. This woman ruined a positive experience and review. I owned a dental practice and I assure you she would never represent anything I was associated with. I expect some sort of response as I did not confront her but consider loudly spouting racial slurs and deeply offensive expletives from her speakerphone while guests are sitting in the lobby right in front of her not only unprofessional but extremely insulting. This needs to be addressed because many people would not bite their tongue but may become aggressive towards her behavior.
Overall rating would have been a 4 but for us that experience made it a one, therefore I gave the average of the two.
