My husband Zach and I just renovated this 1920s home located on Brookside Parkway! We both have a love for old homes and bringing them back to their original glory! Our home is nestled on the 17th hole of Indy’s Historic Brookside Park's Disc Golf Course. Beautiful park view and a short drive to I-70.

The kitchen and bathroom have been completely remodeled. The kitchen has all new appliances and a coffee nook with plenty of workspace. There is on and off-street parking available.

There is a sleeper sofa in the den upstairs

Guest access- No access to garage.
