Summary:
Welcome to Chapel Hill Charmer! We have a spacious living area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and can sleep 12. Located on the west side with easy access to interstates and highways, we are just a short drive to everything Indianapolis has to offer! Less than 20 minutes to the airport, downtown, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and more! The backyard is fully fenced, pets welcomed with a fee. We would love to host you!

The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will be welcomed into our open living space and dining room with vaulted ceilings. This room is bright and spacious, but still feels cozy and welcoming! Two sofa beds, a desk with office chair, large SmartTV, and farm table complete this space.
The laundry space and fully-equipped kitchen are to the right of the entrance. The kitchen is stocked with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, and dinnerware.
Off the living room to the right is the master bedroom and off to the left are the second and third bedrooms. The master features two full-size beds and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is fitted with a king bed and the third bedroom features a full bed. The second full bathroom is easily accessible to all guest, located outside of the second and third bedroom.
The sliding glass door in the living room takes you out to a small patio and fenced backyard.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in a quiet residential area on the west side of Indianapolis in the Chapel Hill/Ben Davis neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
