The property was like the photos. The regularly used areas were clean. Areas of improvement would be minor, but still left me wanting more luxury. Since it is a VRBO, I understand the products would be residential grade, not commercial. However the furnitures were all on the very cheap end. The living room rug is a muted shade of blue, tan and grays with worn areas. the rug hid left over remnants from previous tennants, i.e. peanuts. (multiple areas under the coffee table and at the edge of the sofas). The lining of the sofas is pulling off the bottom of the sofas, and hanging to the floor. The sliding glass door to the cute patio was dirty. This may be picky, but it should be cleaned monthly. All the carpet upstairs is so thin and without padding that it feels as if it came off the roll from the Home Improvement store in 1980. It did appear recently vacuumed and clean, but still gave the feeling of not clean due to the cheapness of the material. when walking on the carpet, it crackled. The place could use a fresh paint job as well as caulking or finishing the trim. However, the place was overall clean and did provide us somewhere to stay for extended period.
