There are areas that need updating, however, the hotel was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. We had a quiet room on the second floor. The elevator was not working, but that was OK. The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel is located in a safe and convenient area with lots of restaurant options and a Starbucks next-door. "

We arrived prior to check in and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable as our room was prepared, they were very knowledgeable about the events happening around the city, and so friendly throughout our whole stay. "Everything was spotless, breakfast was plentiful & ready. only thing the TV I'm a senior citizen and it took me awhile to figure it out, it would have been nice to have a step by step instruction on what button to push for just regular TV :). the personnel were GREAT! from John, Armond, Abraham, Ubalda, Kendra, ALL were there and ready to greet and help. Thankyou for a great stay!!"
