"We are locals, so looking for a quick weekend getaway— this absolutely exceeded our expectations! Megan and Scott communicated quickly about any questions we had, the cottages are so quiet and quaint, in an absolutely ideal location. Walk to the beach is directly across the street, next to cafe de Paris if you want a delicious breakfast. The cottage has everything we needed for our weekend. Clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable! Would stay again ! "

"What a fabulous property! Sitting out by the water was heavenly. Owners left paddle boards, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a wagon. We had a blast making use of everything.
I cannot overstate how peaceful and lovely this property is. So close to the busy beach, but right in front of the peaceful intracoastal. And we were there during spring break, so…
Accommodations are homey and comfortable. Highly recommend a stay here! We hope to return soon! "

"What a great little gem! If you’re looking for a place as a couple or small family, I highly recommend! Great location in my favorite town IRB!Super comfy beds, updated bathroom with great waterfall shower head and everything basic that you need.Generously stocked with beach chairs, towels and a few extra amenities! "Sunshine Cozy Cottages was an amazing stay and the cottages were super cute! The owners are super friendly and kind. The walk to the beach is only 2-3 minutes depending on traffic conditions so it is very convenient. "
