"We have stayed at this property several times. It is a great location and convenient to many bars and restaurants. The cottage is adorable and well appointed. The pool, hot tub and tiki area are the best. This place is our home away from home. Megan and Scott are wonderful hosts, great communicators and are attentive to making sure your stay is a truly wonderful vacation. We will be back for sure. This place is a gem for sure!! "

"The property was great. It had a wonderful view of the water to the intercoastal. The communication with the property was terrific. They were helpful and always responded right away if I had a question. The property looked recently updated. It was cute and quaint and so much better than your standard hotel room. It was like a tiny condo. A few things maybe could have been improved but were no means a deal breaker. There was no bar or liquid soap in the shower but had hand soap on the vanity. I...

"We just spent an amazing week at The Pink Pelican beach house, and it was honestly perfect for our family (and our two dogs)! The house had everything we could possibly need—plenty of space, a well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, beach gear, toys for the kids, a relaxing backyard/firepit, and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. "Easy check in and check out. I stayed here with my one yr old and it was pretty hassle free and most importantly we felt safe in the area. The host reached out the day of check in and the day before check and was able to reach him via text through out our stay. Location was great, couple parks in walking distance, coffee shops, restaurants, IDR beach and 10 min from Clearwater beach."
