"Bedroom bed was noisy and uncomfortable. Everyone you moved or turned over it scraped along the floor.. we felt bad for the people below us....a rug under it and a new mattress would solve that problem. Unit was missing a working smoke detector... owner did drop one off but not the same fitting. All in all we had a great time and enjoyed the easy location to the beach."

"First let me say Peter is a great guy and aims to please. The unit is more than adequate, especially for a group. However, there are a few things that are not precisely accurate. First, this property is not suitable for any seniors, anyone of any age with mobility issues, or small children due to the way the stairs to get inside are situated and constructed and the lack of a good railing. They are challenging to navigate, especially with your bags. So keep that in mind. Otherwise, no problem....

"We only stayed one night before flying out of Tampa, so we didn't get to use the pool or kitchen. But everything was clean, easy to find, good parking, etc. Terrific shops and good food a short walk away. Tons of beach access spots. Comfy beds and plenty of lounging space in the living area. We'd definitely stay here again, for a longer time."

"This was such a cute place so close to the beach. Literally walking distance . Right across the small street. The place welcomes pets and we had our kitty with us. The place was clean, stacked with esential items u'd need. Communication was top notch. I mean id send a message and within minutes id have a response.
