"Nice view of the beach. It was a LONG walk to our room from the elevators. We definitely got our steps in, since we were on the complete opposite end of the bldg. Studio Apt was nice but exactly that. If you need space amongst your party this isn't the rental for you. It was very clean and fully stocked of any appliance you might need. "Decent, inexpensive hotel. Not very fancy. Good for just sleeping. The lobby is locked most of the time, they do not serve breakfast. It is in a little dated, although it has had upgrades. The linens were clean. The hairdryer didn't work."

"The building was run down and needed a lot of updates. It didnt seem very welcoming. The room seemed clean when we first walked in untill you started looking more closely. The couch is DISGUSTING! stains all over it. We had to put sheets on it in order to sit on it. The one bedroom had lamps which both didnt work. Both bathrooms had hair and the whole place was grungy. The owner had lots of rules that they dont disclose BEFORE you rent the room. Parking is 40$ a night. Save your money and go...

"The Plantation has false advertising. I paid extra for a beach view and received a dumpster parking lot view. The towels were in the toilet upon our arrival, closet doors off track unable to close. The glass on main shelf in the refrigerator was missing. No one came to get towels out of the toilet or try to give me better accommodations. Since I drove 6 hours to get there I was too tired to find and other arrangements after wasting an hour or more on the phone with manager(Justin). I didn’t get...

"The room appeared clean until we actually started paying attention. The towels were not white they were dirty and dingy and had not only hair in them but 2 towels had dead bugs. The tub was dirty and had a black film around it. There was a stain on the toilet that we ended up cleaning. I did not like the fact that we payed a host fee but was required to leave the place like we found it (empty the trash and take it down to the dumpster etc) check in and check out were easy to follow and the kids...
