"The receptionist/manager was very helpful at check in. But the property itself is very badly maintained. The AC in my room didn't work despite the technician "fixing" it twice. As a result the room was very stuffy. This is not a place to stay if you are even remotely claustrophobic or particular about cleanliness. I checked out a day earlier (forgoing my prepaid second night)."

"0/5 — This is not a 4-star hotel, it’s a 0-star experience I don’t understand how this property is rated as a 4-star hotel. The area surrounding the hotel felt extremely unsafe from the moment I arrived. There was an actual brawl happening right outside the entrance when I got there, and the whole environment felt sketchy enough that I decided not to check in at all. When I went inside to speak to reception, the staff member was rude and completely unhelpful. According to their own no-show...

"No good service in the property and no good communication form the manager side as well. In addition the rooms are not clean. "

"Horrible experience, Bad smell in the rooms and toilet. Bed and sheets are not clean or washed. I have booked two rooms for 4 adults and 1 Child(15Yrs). Even after it is confirmed in the booking form , the hotel manager asked me to pay Rs 1120/- extra for the Child while check out. They did not provide extra bed too."
