"Great hotel, although some rooms needed a little maintenance, it was clean, bright and comfortable. It’s in a great location for the metro, restaurants and shopping with a cheap flea market (not handicrafts). The staff were friendly and helpful, I felt safe as a woman travelling alone."

The area surrounding the hotel felt extremely unsafe from the moment I arrived. There was an actual brawl happening right outside the entrance when I got there, and the whole environment felt sketchy enough that I decided not to check in at all. When I went inside to speak to reception, the staff member was rude and completely unhelpful. According to their own no-show...

"Hotellet var beliggende i et skummelt kvarter. værelset var pænt og rent, men lige bag sengens hovedgærde larmede et klimaanlæg, som ikke kunne slukkes. Det slukkede dog af si g selv et par timer i løbet af natten. Vinduerne var matte og tillukkede, man så slet ingen dagslys på værelset. Personalet var venligt."

"Horrible experience, Bad smell in the rooms and toilet. Bed and sheets are not clean or washed. I have booked two rooms for 4 adults and 1 Child(15Yrs). Even after it is confirmed in the booking form , the hotel manager asked me to pay Rs 1120/- extra for the Child while check out. They did not provide extra bed too."
