"Love S hotels will always return"

"Great hotel with a wonderful pool. We could see the ocean and Port Royal from the balcony. Great location for visiting the Bob Marley museum and Devon House. We also drove to Port Royal, about 35 minutes away. There was an issue with our first room, that was handled very professionally and to our full satisfaction by the front desk. Good pool bar and restaurant. "

"Overall it was a good stay but the drainer in the face basin of the bathroom wasn’t working so the water couldn’t drain. There was a hair in the towel & the tv couldn’t turn up (maintenance couldn’t fix the issue)"

"Ms Jodi and Mr Jerry were the most gracious hosts. They were only a phone call away and ready to help. They had a poster board with a list of local shopping and site seeing sites. We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. Our space felt so comfortable we were able to focus on our trip without the stress of worrying about being in cramped spaces or being a bother to others. Yes, there are neighbors so the basic common neighborly courtesy applies. The neighbors and staff are also...

"Spent $508 usd for 3 nights had no wifi the entire trip, tv wasn’t working and water Leak in the room. When address to the manager he turned around and gave my family member a discount instead of me when the room was booked under my name and credit card. Highly disappointed"

"Good value for money and clean room. Nice view from window. However there is not really a hotel atmosphere in terms of a front desk who you can talk to. If I had never been to Jamaica, I'd be quite lost as there isn't a map or any fliers about what is popular in the city. Thankfully I am a Jamaican citizen so I wasn't lost but might be confusing for first time travellers"

"Good value for money and the best service from the women handling the place. "

"The property was great but their were tenants that were unruly and at nights I couldn't sleep because of the constant noise and shouting and banging."

"Not safe for human life. No water, no ac not clean at all . Waste of time and money Good staff"

"Excellent location absolutely loved it. The only thing was they had ants… everywhere"

"The staff greeted me warmly and were incredibly friendly throughout my stay. While the amenities were limited and the decor a bit outdated, I appreciated how clean and presentable the apartment was during my short visit. With a few modern updates and some repairs, this place could truly shine and provide an even more enjoyable experience. "
