Dont know what I expected….
Maybe a standard motel?
I picked this Place because of High rating and convenient 15 minutes close to the airport.
And I was certainly not disappointed, there were absolutely a good reason for the High rating.
Clean room, welcome gift for everyone In the party (chips and water) and a breakfast with a little bit more than the normal standard breakfast.
Loved the waffles shaped as Texas.
Haven Inn are the Place to go after or before a Flight."

"I had such a bad experience with this place. It was absolutely filthy. Right when we arrived we had to go purchase cleaning supplies just to clean the bathroom and floors. There were so many cockroaches that we had to leave and book a new hotel for the last night. The woman on the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional, and refused to refund our money for the last night even though it was their fault the the room was filled with cockroaches. We will be returning to Texas next march...

"It was real cute and the rooms we different in style but the ONLY thing I didn't like was that the pillows were to soft for me but other than that I had no complaints and will definitely go back to stay in a different room"

"The staff was wonderful. Super clean. Great value for the close proximity to downtown. A few blocks from the Buffalo Bayou running trail system. Not close to restaurants and only vending machines and frozen dinners at the hotel. Only $20 fee for gated parking.Overall, a great place."

We celebrated our 48 anniversary here and the choice to stay here is the best decision we have made in quite some time. Our room was comfortable with excellent bedding and bathroom amenities. There are many food and bar choices in and near the hotel. we dined at Maestro’s, Stella’s Wine Bar, Bloom and Bee, Craft F&B, and Bouchée Patisserie; all excellent! We will do this again."
