You'll be below Tahoe Blvd., within walking distance of Incline Village beaches, restaurants, trails, and golf courses should you want to venture out. For additional adventures, check out Sand Harbor, Incline Village Championship Golf Course, the Tahoe Vista Recreational Area Boat Launch, Northstar California Resort, and Mt Rose Ski Tahoe. You'll be ready for a day on the slopes with three glove and ski boot heaters in the home.

Back at your home base, enjoy the comfortable furnishings and modern decor throughout the open living, kitchen, and dining space. The cozy living area has a gas fireplace and a cable-equipped smart TV. Gather here or in the elegant dining area to share treasured recipes that you can easily prepare in the sparkling and well-equipped kitchen. There are smart TVs in every room, so take your pick of where to host that perfect movie night.

At the day's end, retreat to one of the cozy bedrooms for relaxation; each is equipped with a new fan. A guest suite with a separate entrance acts as its own retreat featuring a small kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a full bath. Essentials, including a private washer/dryer, newly installed central air-conditioning, a new tankless water heater, and complimentary WiFi, are also available, providing you with everything you need for a complete and fantastic stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
