"Description about the room is misleading. we booked the room because on the description, it has king size bed. It was queen and we inquired about it, the staff member answered the phone said it's their king. The room is dark with all the lights on and we mentioned, they said the lights that don't turn on are part of decoration. We brought in hidden camera detector and began to scan, it beeps on shower head. we didn't take shower. We went else where to take shower. "

"Hotel is pretty new. I actually like the self service option. We didnt mind removing our own trash and grabbing towels for thr designated area. Our room was an executive room. There was plenty of room for my husband and I. There are so many restaurants, plenty of food options. Definitely a little different than an American hotel room. The shower was different...we like a separate shower from the tub area. But nonetheless it was fine. Overall an excellent stay at The Gleam! Will...

We added the breakfast option to our stay and I enjoyed the friendly greeting each morning by the very kind welcoming lady who works during the breakfast rush. 큰 욕조도 있고 더 놀란것은

"I had a great experience at this hotel. I never saw a staff member either for check-in or check-out, but the hotel was easy to find.
The mirror was really dirty but other than that, the rest of the room was clean. The amenities are great and there is a free water machine which is great!

Rummet, sengen, anden valgt hovedpude, renligheden, badet, udsigten, vandmaskine, kaffeautomat.. ALT var i høj klasse.
Jeg kunne have brugt en stærk kop latte med havremælk, men det er en detalje i de skønne 14 dage hvor Mondrian fungerede som vores base for oplevelser og møder i Seoul. Seoul går ikke ned på kaffesteder i byens gades.
Hallen med loungemusik, så flotte dekorationer, indretningen og medarbejderne var med til at sætte en stemning der gør, at vi gerne kommer tilbage.
Hoteller ligger lidt væk fra metrostation, men buslinjer tæt på fungerede helt fint. Taxaer er billige at tage og ellers er det på med et par sneaks, så er Seoul bedst."
"Great hotel. Situated close to Hongdae, just cross thevtrafgic light and there you go for shopping and everthing.
Underground is also near. Easily to get on to visit other part of Seoul.
The hotel is clean and fast checking in. Though we got there early (10am), we could hang out at their common area, 21th floor, before getting the room.
Easily to get to the hotel by Airport limousine, just right next to the hotel (in front off Samsung store, 500m away from hotel)

"I booked this hotel for 2 weeks and it was my base to come back to after shorter trips to other cities in Korea. It's so easy to get to from the 6015 airport bus and is also close to many other bus stops and Myeongdong metro station. My room was super comfortable although the air conditioning was a bit tricky to get working properly and sometimes I'd get blasted with cold air in the middle of the night. But that's a minor thing for me because I don't mind the cold. The room was a bit small and though it was perfect for me as a solo traveller, it might be quite cramped if there are two of you. Also there isn't all that much space for luggage and shopping even if you don't have that much. I didn't get to try the rooftop bar because I was just so busy, but next time I'll definitely make time because the view from my 19th floor room alone was amazing so I can imagine it's even better up there. The restaurant has quite limited food options, but you're in Myeongdong, so this is not really a problem. The hotel is very clean and although I didn't really speak to the staff, they were very friendly on the occasions that I did. I'd definitely recommend the Ibis to others and I really hope to go back there in the near future. "
