"Great hotel with lake view. Friendly personnel and helpful service. The place is approx. 20 min by taxi or bus (collectivos, if you don't mind to be squeezed with the locals :). Since it is outside of town, it is very calm and quiet. Perfect to relax if you want to use the local spa facilities (costs extra). The mortar in between the tiles in the bathroom is coming off, probably due to bad workmanship rather than old age. The bathroom is clean otherwise. (Jan 2013)"

"Turned up at the hotel and the doors were padlocked. Called them on the number pinned to the door and they said they would be there in 1 hour. I returned in 1 hour and no one showed up. Hotel.com were useless and have refused to refund me as they say I cancelled and the hotel needs to approve the refund in this instance."
