Villa Puppenhaus – Seeblick Apartment in Immenstaad with Shared Terrace and Wi-Fi

The Seeblick apartment is located in Immenstaad on Lake Constance. This two-story property features a living area with a sofa bed, dining table, sideboard with filter coffee machine, small fridge, and kettle, plus 2 bedrooms with a TV and a bathroom with a glass sliding door, accommodating up to 6 guests. The maisonette apartment is on the second floor of the main house. Wi-Fi is available. There is a portable air conditioning unit.



Please note, the apartment does not have its own kitchen. However, there is a shared kitchen and lounge on the gallery level (first floor). A communal terrace is available on the ground floor.

This vacation home features a shared open terrace for relaxing evenings. Public transport is just a 2-minute walk away and can be used free of charge with the Echt-Bodensee Card.



Important information for group bookings or large families: The apartments "Apartment in der Stuben" on the ground floor, "Apartment Auszeit" on the first floor, and "Suite Heustadel" on the second floor are connected by internal stairs and can be combined. You can book the entire half of the house or, for example, "Apartment Auszeit" with "Suite Heustadel."



There are 13 parking spaces in total. Up to two dogs are allowed (for an extra fee). Smoking and events are not permitted. The entrance door is under video surveillance.

The kitchen is shared.
