Gallery 36 – modern and new – a warm welcome – corporate clients welcome too

The house contains three holiday apartments. The cozy loft-style apartment is located on the upper floor to the left. A private entrance is accessible via an external staircase. The cozy dining area, the fully equipped kitchen (featuring a large upright fridge-freezer), and the modern bathroom are situated on the apartment's lower level. The bathroom is equipped with a new shower, a vanity unit, a ceiling-mounted infrared heater, and a new washer-dryer. Also located here is a sofa (convertible into a bed) for relaxing or watching TV, as well as access to a beautiful, spacious private balcony featuring a barbecue and a comfortable seating area with views of the greenery and the chicken meadow.
An internal staircase leads up to the bright upper gallery. This area houses the sleeping quarters—featuring a bed (160 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe—as well as a workspace with a desk and office chair. The peaceful surroundings ensure a relaxing atmosphere. The Mercedes-Benz Group AG Testing and Technology Center is just 3.6 km away. Hiking and cycling opportunities are right on the doorstep. Everything is set for a long, pleasant stay.
