Online Check-In: To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure online check-in, agree to our terms, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.

Security Deposit: We require a non-refundable damage waiver of £45.00. This will be arranged during the online check-in process.

Check-In/Out Times: Standard check-in is at the stated time. Early check-in may be available for £20 per hour, subject to availability. Late check-out after 10:00 AM is charged at £20 per hour.

Long Stays: For stays longer than 10 nights, additional housekeeping is required for an extra fee.

Property Monitoring: The apartment is equipped with noise and air quality monitoring systems to prevent parties and smoking. These devices respect your privacy and do not record audio or video.
