"Great property close to everything. "

"Great location. Super clean. Responsive host."

"Our time in this very special property was amazing. There was plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and relax. Watching the river flow past with amazing views of an ecological reserve on the other side of the river and stunning views of Mt Lassen in the distance provided a tranquil experience both from the deck and inside the house. We played games and hung out late into the night. Ready to go back!"

"Great stay"

"Clean, comfortable. Wish there were two bathrooms, but a minor inconvenience, if that!"

"This is a beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable home. Conveniently located for shopping without the loud hustle and bustle sounds. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. My children really enjoyed the swimming pool, as a mom I truly appreciated the security of the fence around the pool as I had a 4 and 5 year old with me. The owner was quick to respond when I messaged her, her willingness to come over if needed was also great. Absolutely loved this home and experience. We look forward to booking...

"This house was perfect to entertain family with the pool (our grandchildren loved the pool), fenced yard, covered patio, hot tub, and fire pit! The kitchen was well stocked plus there was a gas grill outside that worked great. The fenced in yard was perfect for a dog. The host contacted us to check on our stay and helped us hook to WIFI. The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were good sizes with places to put clothes. The location was very convenient to the highway, grocery, gas,...

"First review ever here. Had a great first time experience booking thru Vrbo. Our Host was excellent with communications and responses to my questions. The property is in a great area for getting around the Redding area and located near at least three excellent restaurants. The house was very roomy for 5 and with additional local family stopping by, still comfortable for games, etc..Would be happy to stay at Emerald House again!"
