"The staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. It was nice that the hotel provided Netflix and other TV options. The decor was very nice and reflected Guatemalan culture. I also appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion that smelled wonderful and were locally made. The shuttle options were very helpful."

"I loved this hostel! This is definitely one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at! Such a lovely atmosphere. This is not a party hostel nor does it have a bar, so if that is your vibe, then it is not the hostel for you. The breakfast was amazing! Eggs, cereal, pancakes, fresh fruit, toast, and beans. Free coffee and tea all day and even cake in the afternoon. A good kitchen if you want to cook yourself. I would definitely be back!"

"This is the most welcoming Hotel I've ever visited. In the many countries that I've stayed, I'd never experienced something like this. Simply beautiful: amenities, delicious food, the room, the pools, the museums... Wow such an indescribable experience. Also helpful with things like transportation. The place is cosy and full of curosities. The rooftop view is splendid. Nice corners to sit around in the hotel. And not to forget, i could use the fridge. "

Nice and friendly staff even provided us with soap, shampoo and conditioner for 15 month old daughter, nice touch.
Food and drinks are not super expensive but definitely not on the cheap side.

"Beautiful hotel. Very kind staff. We loved that we were about to get our laundry done at a small fee, that breakfast was included in our stay, and that they provided turn down service. The hotel is very close to many restaurants, we walked to the office of where our excursions were housed, and so many opportunities to shop and get coffee or ice-cream."
