"We stayed at the Hyatt Centric for a girls trip. Esteben greeted us in the lobby and was absolutely a joy to have. He gave us great options for dining and entertainment around San Jose. He also made sure to tell us about the Friday night entertainment in the hotel lounge that was fun and entertaining. The bartenders and barista were excellent. No one was expecting tips but offered the best service. The rooms were spacious and clean. There were a lot of American channels. I was very pleased...

There was loud from other rooms and the power was out some of the day. No possibility for extra service such as late check out and the area is not very inviting. "

The hotel itself is very beautiful - and the decorations marching the buildings.
