"I had a frustrating experience with this stay. As a first-time visitor to the area, I expected at least a general location or address ahead of time so I could plan my trip and know where I was heading. Unfortunately, the hosts refused to provide any address until right before check-in at 3PM. While I understand safety and privacy concerns, not giving guests any sense of location in advance makes it very difficult to plan, especially when traveling to an unfamiliar city. "Fantastic property. The location is perfect, easily walkable to shops and restaurants. It was incredibly clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Great modern remodel. Internet was fast. Owner was very responsive. Will stay there again. Five stars."

"Another Thanksgiving with family. We had a great stay… kitchen is fully stocked for a holiday meal, beds are comfortable and the wood burning stove is perfect! About a 30-40 min walk into Idyllwild but not a difficult one. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the annual tree lighting. Only thing that would have made it that much better would’ve been some snow. Merry Christmas! "

"The house is new and modern, with good array of cooking utensils and linens. Floor plan upstairs is odd. The master bedroom is open to the downstairs (loft style), so it lacks privacy. The upstairs bathroom is at the end of the master suite so people sleeping in the other bedroom have to walk through the master bedroom to use the facilities (or go downstairs). The floor plan is best for people who are comfortable sharing sleeping and bathroom spaces. No early check-in. "
