House Rules:

1. This is an exclusive property. No other people shall share the same upon your occupancy.
Accordingly, kindly use the house as if it’s your own holiday home and enjoy your stay experience in absolute privacy.

2. Mountain home with normal temperature ranging from 18-27 degrees. Keep appropriate clothing handy

3. Make use of the kitchen for safe and healthy diet. Maintain it clean and litter free. Wash and keep back the utensils/serving utilities after use.

4. Segregate waste and appropriately dispose in bins provided.

5. Avoid pet bottles/ packaged drinking water. We are focusing on environmental care and do target a plastic free zone.

Pure and safe drinking water from water purifier may be used instead of bottled water.

6. Use household Equipments with due care. Switch off after use.

7. The property is provided with Alexa enabled music stations, TV, sound bar
and guitar for audio visual entertainment if you so deserve. There is a mini pool table and chess table for indoor activity.

8. The property practice in-house laundry and is equipped with a fully automated LG washer dryer, that delivers 100% dry laundry.

9. Ensure low sound levels to enrich the calmness of night & peacefulness of neighbourhood.

11. The property has outdoor dining stations including barbecue, which can be used by guests. Charcoal can be bought extra.

12. Exclusive dining experience (breakfast/ lunch/ dinner with bonfire/ barbecue at the open hilltop is a lifetime experience to capture.

The dining station overlook the Munnar region of western Ghats in a panoramic setting is by large a space to relax and rejuvenate.

The same is chargeable additional, depending upon the services and food menu, which can be customised upon arrival.

8. Returning the property in the original clean and organised status shall be a much appreciated honorarium for the host.

9. Self cleaning is the practice adopted. But incase guests wish to avail cleaning, it shall be additional at Rs. 2000/-

10. Alcoholic drinks are permitted as per statutory compliance. Refrigerator is normally stocked with ice and cold water. A soda maker machine is also stationed for in-house drink making.
