"Great location, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Rooms fairly basic but have everything you need."

"Nice clean room, we had a beautiful view of Kings Park. The room also had a kitchenette and a washing machine. Great, central location. Would definitely stay again!"

"Breakfast was really low. Not much to choose from. Derive in the restaurant was slow. The rooms was good, and the view to the park was good. "

"Clean, comfortable and a handy location. A huge clean pool, coin operated washer and dryer if you really needed it - though we decided to use a modern laundromat a couple of minutes drive away. We were curious about the road noise, but when the windows was closed it was perfectly quiet in our room. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The property looks a little outdated from the outside, but we had an upstairs room that was fresh looking and had everything we needed to have a nice stay...

"Lovely hotel, right in the centre of Perth. On site facilities brilliant! Would definitely stay again!"

"Nice place in Perth, with a beautifull View to the Water. A bit noisy to the street side, but quiet on the water side."
