"The owner is very responsive to inquiries and even checked on us the following day to ensure everything with the property was as expected. The place was clean and well put together. "Outlaw House was the perfect place to stay for our ATV getaway. There were plenty of comfortable beds for 9 people. The driveway had room for 4 cars, 2 trailers, and 4 ATVs. The porch was peaceful and a great gathering spot in the mornings and evenings. Good location for HM and Outlaw trails."

"Nice cozy place. It is actually 4 bedrooms instead of 5. One bedroom is big enough to have 2 queen beds and a 2 twins and is attached to one of the bathrooms. I made it a bit complicated to plan because I thought it was a separate bedroom. It is part of another bedroom. The place was big and cozy enough for the 11 of us. "

"House is very clean and comfortable. The hosts live nearby and we actually got the opportunity to meet them and have a brief conversation with them. They are wonderful people with a great story, made us feel right at home. Home is close to the trails and has a few extra touches that makes your stay even more comfortable. We will be back and definitely stay here again. Wonderful house and wonderful hosts!"

"We stayed here while riding the Hatfield and McCoy trails, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone in our group to relax after a long day of riding. It was exactly what we needed—comfortable, convenient, and welcoming. We only wish we could have stayed longer, but work called us back. Highly recommend for anyone planning a trail trip in West Virginia!We will be back to stay again!"
