This 120m² bastide has just been completely renovated to welcome you in an enchanting setting.
It is composed of a large living room of 50m2 opening onto the garden including a fully equipped kitchen with its very friendly central island. At the back of it, a laundry room offers a second fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a dryer. The night area offers four bedrooms, one of which is a suite with shower room and dressing room.
You can park up to four vehicles.
On the garden side, its swimming pool, its petanque court, its vegetable garden housing our two little rabbits Gabin and Marcelino, and its barbecue / outdoor dining area offers you the ideal setting for a successful holiday with family or friends.

For equipment, wifi is available, televisions are connected and ducted air conditioning allows personalized temperature management. The house and garden are fully privatized.
