Experience was good, but the room service was not up to the mark. I requested for a plumber to clear the blockage in our wash basin; but none came to clear it up. Else than that, t’was indeed an experience I would cherish for the rest of my life.

Hotel is located in the mid of market. It helps in going around shopping as well.Food was great. Rooms are spacious and good hospitality. Also reception was very cooperative and allowed 2 hrs of extension in check out due to flight delay.House keeping is Great. Overall Very Good Stay.

Good View Room was great. But I was keep hearing big noises of shower,cleaning from neighboring rooms in a big way. Bathroom was in shady state with rusty marks and seeping water

Good service but property needs renovation
I stayed in the hotel after 7 years as i had pleasant memories of good service. The staff is very friendly, co-operative and helpful, but the property needs major renovation. The bathrooms are run down, the furniture looks a little worn off, and the walls are so thin, that the TV sound of the adjoining can be clearly heard. The gym should be expanded, it has only one treadmill. The food is good

Very irresponsible staff for such a nice hotel
Being a 4* rated , the room's needs were not in place. The phone has options like reception, housekeeping etc, but when you press the button nothing happens. There is no notice in room as to on what number you need to contact reception or any service. As it is usually 9 for reception I tried on it but in vain, I got to try different numbers to contact house keeping for towels. Finally when I contacted reception and asked them about this they were very light in taking things. When I asked for manager he had left for the day @ 10.30. While checking out they were not even paying attention to my complaint as there was some group booking. Check out also took long time as they were saying some part of amount is not received from hotels.com Very irresponsible staff for such a nice hotel

Room was stinky and they sprayed room freshener after complaint. Charged for complimentary breakfast due to early checking though i checked out same day which is one day ahead of scheduled checkout date. When I spoke to them about early checking they did not inform about extra charges. Restroom was unclean, looks cleaned weeks ago and many more.

Great place to Stay
Aditya Park is very nice place to stay. Hotels.com gave the best rates. Rooms are big and super clean. Nice ambiance and well equipped rooms. Fridge, coffee maker etc..Location is in the heart of the city which may please some and not be great for few others. Complimentary Breakfast was good. Pretty much the same menu was server on all three days I stayed there. Lunch Buffet has limited options. They need to improve the spread. No swimming pool is an issue. Hope they figure out something soon. WiFi was super-fast.

Very disappointing. Had to wait for 3 hours to get the correct rooms in-spite of booking a month in advance. Staff at reception were quarrelsome and were in no mood of listening to our justifications. The king bed was actually a queen size bed. So the advertising was improper. We had selected Aditya park as it was only hotel with larger room with King size bed and given that we were 3 families with 3 rooms booked for 3 nights.

Clean and neat hotel with premium service.
Nice hotel in prime location. The service was quick, courteous staff, neat and clean rooms. The breakfast served was good too. Overall a great experience with family.

I got a good discounted rate through hotel.com and so the Hotel was value for money in respect to the deal. Otherwise the room got some sign of wear and tear and old. Smelling damp when you enter the room but gradually gone with the A/c on. I checked in at 10:20PM and the hotel resturants and Pub closes at 10:30PM for the last order and that was strange and un-proffessional. I need to go out for dinner. Complimentery Breakfast has lot of options but crowded.Wi-fi worked satisfactorily...Unless one gets a good deal it is not worth.

Not worth stay..
I have stayed here for 2 nights. Hot water supply not proper. Shower was not working. No hot water from basin tap. I have complained to management, plumber attend to repair and told it was due to pressure problem and he will rectify. But it was not resolved. Same problem occurred on second day. I have to hurry to my meetings due to these issues. Please look for other hotel options.

Good hotel for the price. Rooms were clean. Fittings were bit old and the AC did not work very well but reasonably well maintained and sufficient for our needs. The highlight of our stay was the included breakfast. The spread and taste were outstanding and it was a great start to the day

Wish bathroom looked cleaner. Maybe because of age, it didn't look as clean (specifically bathtub). I also had to call almost each day to request towels and coffee packets.

Great 3 star very close to shopping and eateries
After receiving a recommendation from my doctor, I booked two weeks at this hotel. After a long flight from Australia, I was looking to quickly settle into my room and after 1 minute of friendly discussion with the reception staff - I was ushered to my room with no hassles. On arrival, what struck me was the elevator and decor. The elevator made it very easy to access my room. As you exit the elevator, you are awestruck by the artwork and murals that you can see on every floor above 1st floor. The thing you will appreciate most about this 3 star hotel is that the staff offer a 5 star service and will go out of their way to ensure that your stay is a comfortable one. I was treated very well by everyone - especially by Mr. Amitesh who gave me information about great places to visit, helped me appreciate the different cultures on offer in India, helped me with some business meetings I needed to organise and followed up on any requests I had. This made my life a lot easier and meant I could focus more on the pleasure side of my visit. The main things I required on my stay were air conditioning, free wifi, breakfast, self contained shower/bath and english speaking reception staff. I can tick all of the above and say the rooms were tidy and nice in appearance. There are cheap places to eat nearby, a shop to recharge your mobile credits, a gym at the front of the hotel and for 30-50 rupees, you can catch an auto to Big Bazaar and the shopping district.
