It is in the Hyannis historic district steps away from Main Street where all the action is after a fun day at the beach or the islands. Within a few minutes’ walk, you can be at all the restaurants, shops, museums, outdoor dining, and music of Hyannis. Enjoy the 5-bedroom, 3-bath home with all new appliances and furniture, internet access, smart TVs in every room, and central air conditioning. You can walk to the beautiful Hyannis Marina; and from there the high-speed ferries can take you to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket Islands in an hour. Veterans beach and Kalmus beach, which is a favorite amongst windsurfers, are 1.5 to 2 miles away. The excursion trains by Cape Cod Central Railroad, as well as the Plymouth & Brockton (p-b.com) bus services to/from Boston Logan Airport, Boston South Station and Provincetown are a few minutes by walking.

Guest Access:
- Guests have totally private access to the entire first and second levels of the home. Guests do not have access to the basement or the patio accessible from the basement.
- Parking may be used by the owner who accesses the basement at times.
