Well equipped and very comfortable! We were able to take advantage of the restaurant and small shop down by the water. Also with the new dirt road, Hvar City was easily accessible and we were able to go into town a couple of times for lunch. The hike to the cave and the top of St Nicolas is not to be missed!

Amazing trip

The house, the location, Niki, all was excellent and exceeded our expectations. A perfect end cap for two weeks in Croatia and Montenegro. Hope to come back again.

Luxurious villa with breath-taking views

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this luxurious villa with breathtaking views. Along with the wonderful outdoor amenities, if there was something you thought you needed, it was provided.Every space was well utilized and beautifully decorated with lots of places to cozy up in. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with all our questions and requests. We cannot wait to return.

Fantastic vacation home

We really loved this home. The views are amazing and it was very well equipped with lots of towels, and bed sets. We would definitely recommend anybody to stay here it was great.

Beautiful views, great hosts, ideal experience

We had a group of six and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The house was well equipped and even more beautiful than the photos. There are two delicious restaurants nearby and the host is very helpful with recommendations. We wish that we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful and comfortable holiday home

We absolutely enjoyed out stay at this beautifully locayed villa. It was very clean and fully equiped. The view os spectacular and the owners have truly thought of everything in and around the house. Would highly recommend this property! It is a 10/10!

Tranquil Island Villa

This lovely villa is nestled into the mountains of Hvar in a small village. The home is beautiful and well appointed. The pool and outdoor features are spectacular. The bored there are so lovely. This is the perfect spot to get away from the crowds. The location is remote to get to. we took a water taxi to and from Hvar City one day. That was a fun way to get around.

Wonderful Stay

Dave and Patty were very helpful with pre-arrival info and helping us to arrange the logistics from our arrival in Split. Nikki too was a pleasure to deal with on check-in. The villa itself is very well equipped (more so than most other villas we have stayed in), and well laid out. The teens particularly enjoyed the hot-tub and pool, while we tended to stay out the sun enjoying the large covered terraced area overlooking the fantastic views. It's a bit of a walk into town to one of the two restaurants, but definitely worth the effort. If you are thinking of doing a lot of your own cooking, it's worth stocking up at the larger supermarkets on the way (in Jelsa - stop off for lunch too its another beautiful town). The local supermarkets are adequate, but small. Hvar town, although looking quite close on the map is about an hours or so drive as you need to back-track back via Jelsa to avoid the alternative much shorter coastal dirt track (I wasn't brave enough). Overall, a lovely stay.

Awesome Villa with Breathtaking Views

My husband and I traveled with brother and sister in law. We were overwhelmed with the beauty of the tiny village. The host was very responsive and check-in went seamlessly with Niki. The villa is very well appointed and it has everything guet would need. We did not cook but the kitchen is amazing. It was relaxing to drink coffee on the veranda in the morning and watch the sun set at cocktail hour. The villa is huge and could easily accomodate 4 couple. The pool and hot tub are amazing. The restaurant Tamaris down the hill is outstanding. We spent 5 days and could have easily stayed 2 weeks.

Hvar with Friends & Family

Travelling with our family and another, we chose the south side of Hvar Island as a central location to see as much as possible. Instead we found it difficult to leave the property as it has everything you could ever want in a home stay. A fabulous deck, bbq and well equipped kitchen. Amazing views of the Adriatic and plenty of activities nearby. Mornings were spent lazing by the pool while the afternoons were spent exploring the island or down to the beach for swimming, snorkelling and cliff jumping. This is our second trip to Croatia and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this property for a large family or two smaller ones. Simply fabulous. Thank you!

This is the most wonderful home. The owners have thought through every detail both in building, furnishing and stocking this house. It is a distance to stores we stopped at the supermarket before getting to the house. The owner recommended where to stop. When we got to the house the check-in was very thorough and many items were left for our use such as coffee beans for the fabulous coffee/espresso maker. Lots of spices, condiments, paper goods the list goes on. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets, laundry detergent. These extras were so nice to have.Now the rooms are all spacious with well appointed bathrooms. The balconies off two bedrooms were wonderful to enjoy some quiet time. We all loved the stunning pool and hot tubs. Now to the views, you can watch the boats on the sea, sitting anywhere from the spacious covered terrace, pool area balconies all afford breathtaking views of the sea and mountains.We cooked in the spacious well appointed kitchen. Also the restaurant on the water below the villa is excellent.Our stay was too short, we all didn’t want to leave this enchanting home

Found Paradise on an island called Hvar

Let us start with the location... it is a bit of a drive from the port town of Hvar, if you are looking for party central, this is not the place for you. If however, you are looking for peace, privacy, &beauty that leaves you breathless daily, with some of the best food you have had in decades, (must eat at Tamaris - every chance you get!) hikes, beaches, snorkeling & space to relax, layout & chill THIS is the place. We spent two weeks here, my ONLY regret is we should have booked the month. Patty & Dave as owners are simply remarkable- there is NOTHING this house does not have, nothing has been overlooked - the kitchen is PERFECT, we cooked stunning meals with local fish & produce, the sheets/towels are top quality, the home itself is stunning with the most amazing floor to ceiling doors/windows that open you to ocean views for days. Each room is immaculate & gorgeous, everyone has their own space & time. The AC does not mess around - we would leave the house open with the exception of the high heat of the afternoon, within moments it was cool & calm inside. NOW the OUTSIDE is where the magic is! Several patios, balconies, levels of perfection, each with its own haven of seating or tables. Dinner for 10 on the dining deck - done. everyone needs their own space to lay out and read? you do not even see them! The pool is perfect, cool & dreamy, then of course the hot tub on the top tier overlooking the sailboats. In short: HEAVEN-Drink ALL the wine, eat ALL the olive oil. ENJOY

This is a lovely house with beautiful views and tastefully decorated. We were two couples and the house was a comfortable size with two larger bedrooms with en suite baths. Make sure to get groceries at Jelsa on the way in, and note that on Sundays most grocery stores even in Jelsa are closed. The house is located above a quiet village, away from most tourist activities, which for us was perfect! There are pretty beaches and great wine tasting opportunities nearby. Jelsa is a charming, larger town just 25 minutes away, with Hvar town about 50 minutes away. We loved our stay here and appreciated the beauty and seclusion of the house!
