Villa Hvar View is a 500 m2 exclusive property luxuriously designed and decorated in minimalist style, ideal for groups of friends and families. Furnished in cool natural tones, it offers lots of space and light beautifully balanced with stone floors and clean lines. Villa offers serenity and luxury but many of Hvar hottest destinations and stylish party nights are just 10-minute walk away. It is newly built and welcomed its first guests in 2018.
Villa is structured on two floors.
The ground floor composes of a large, well-equipped kitchen, dining area with a table for 10, and a large, peaceful, stylish, and inviting living room with natural high-quality stone floors and contemporary luxury features. The living room is designed as the central part of the villa with direct access to the swimming pool area, Jacuzzi, and garden. A large 65m2 (cooling-heating water) swimming pool, tiled in brilliant blue, catches the sun all day and overlooks the most beautiful view at Pakleni Islands. Ideal for private romantic dinners with a glass of some of famous Hvar red wines or a perfect evening with friends to end a great summer day. From the ground floor, you can access Jacuzzi, sauna, and gym allowing guests to enjoy keeping fit in style. An outdoor bar is a unique feature, fully equipped with a great selection of drinks.
The first floor consists of four large bedrooms accommodating eight people, equipped with king-size beds and en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom is fully air-conditioned, with ultra- high definition internet TV and soft, feature lighting. Blinds provide privacy at night while glass doors allow the rooms to open to the light and colors of the sea, sky, and pool.
With an on-site villa manager and housekeeping on hand, the daily needs of the guests are gracefully catered for. Magic views and perfect sunsets are ideal to relax and enjoy the holidays in Hvar.
