We especially enjoyed the beautiful scenery, kayaking on the lake, and renting bicycles to explore the local area. The staff were all really friendly and helpful with booking tours and transport, and we felt very at home during our stay here!"

Sauna is not free to access, and most common services like the common pool and beach services are not open until 6.30 am which is a bit late for an early bird like me. For example, we asked to ride the bikes late in the evening and he went and got them and adjusted all the seats and made sure they all had lights on. "Our room was clean and spacious although we would have preferred 1 queen bed. We like that they provided rubber slippers instead of the cloth ones and their wifi has a fast connection. They also assisted us for our luggages from when we arrived until checking out.The free buffet breakfast was really nice, there were many Vietnamese dish selections so we were excited to try them all and they taste very good!"

"Friendly staff, comfy bed, it’s a new Hotel, also near the railway station. They hired a driver for us to get to Paradise Cave and Phong Nha Cave.

"Hotellet prøver at være meget fint, og det lykkes næsten. Den meget formelle stemning passer dog ikke til kulturen i resten af Vietnam, og personalet virker ikke til at have det helt godt med rollen, men de er dog flinke nok. Hotellet er næsten tomt, så man risikerer at sidde alene i restauranten og være en attraktion for personalet, der tydeligvis keder sig i det tomme hotel. Beliggenheden er fantastisk og værelser og pools er rigtig pæne, så det er et godt afbræk for et par dage på en rejse...

"Dyreste hotel vi boede på i Vietnam, der var mange ansatte til at holde området pænt, velholdt og rent.
Det undrede os bare at de ansatte ikke var bedre til engelsk. Vores låsesystem til værelset blev ved med at gå i stykker, og personalet kunne simpelthen ikke forstå at vi ikke synes det var i orden at komme retur til et ulåst værelse, ganske enkelt fordi de ikke forstod engelsk. De reperarerede døren 3 gange, og først da vi klagede til Hotels.com fik de lavet den så det ikke skete igen.
