"The road leading to the property was treacherous to traverse in an SUV. So once we were up, we didn’t want to leave. "The water was beautiful and we really enjoyed the beach at rainbow bay. It’s challenging to get around the settlements because there are very few street signs or signage on businesses. Don’t be afraid to ask around for what you what. We found it to be the easiest."

"This cabin was accurately described in the listing - it had all the basic necessities. The bed was comfortable and the living space was open with lots of windows. And of course, the beach with a lovely swimming area and no one else around was wonderful. Loved the hammock! We knew about the cold shower and were fine with that. The only downside was the resident dog (not Rain). He's young, friendly and playful. Also ill-mannered, mouthy, jumps up, nips at toes and legs and barks like a maniac...

"Stayed here to be close to my parents’ rental just one house over (Sweet Merlot). Plenty of space for me and would be perfect for a couple. Nice porch views. AC worked well. "Sandy Toes was perfect for our needs. The location is very central to exploring the entire island of Eleuthera. You definitely need a car. Alan, on-site property manager was very helpful. The kitchen was well equipped. We did have a few power outages that are common on the island. Flash lights and battery powered light sources are helpful."

"We had a great stay at Landing Villas. The house was clean, in a great location, and Chris was very responsive. Beach at end of the road was incredible and kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the end of the day. House was nice and the beds were very comfortable. "Right across the street from the best beach we’ve found on the island so far. Firefly type bugs flying around are awesome, other than flies congregating indoors without seemingly any invitation, bugs weren’t a problem.
