The Space:

Welcome to Mesa Getaway, (#25) a bright and welcoming tiny home at Zion’s Tiny Getaway - thoughtfully designed for travelers who want comfort, style, and a place where their pups are just as welcome as they are. With its modern farmhouse aesthetic and curated Southern Utah photography, this home blends cozy textures with adventure-ready energy.



Inside, you’ll find a warm and spacious layout with 1 queen bed and two twin beds, making it perfect for friends, small families, or couples traveling with pets. Enjoy a beautifully appointed living area with smart TV and Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need for easy meals, and a full bathroom for a refreshing post-adventure reset.



Step outside to your private deck to take in desert views, fire up the BBQ, sip your morning coffee, or watch the sky turn gold and lavender at sunset. With quick access to nearby hiking and biking trails, Gooseberry Mesa, Sand Hollow, Water Canyon, and Zion National Park, Mesa Getaway is the ideal basecamp for outdoor exploration.



This home includes free parking, EV charging, air conditioning/heating, and access to the resorts community amenities - including the playground and picnic pavilion.

Before you book: Part of the tiny home charm here is the sleeping loft, reached by a staircase or ladder with a cozy ceiling height. It is not the right fit for everyone. If you would rather skip the stairs, several of our homes have the bed on the main floor. Just filter for "Bed on Main Floor" under Amenities.



Before arrival you will receive a link to our guest app with your door code, directions, and home instructions. Using it is optional.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full access to your tiny home, the outdoor deck, and convenient parking directly beside the unit. Feel free to explore our shared park space, enjoy the wide-open desert views, and plug in at our on-site Tesla charger. With endless public lands just steps away, adventure begins the moment you arrive. If anything comes up during your stay, we’re only a message away and happy to help.



The Neighborhood:

Zion’s Tiny Getaway sits in the heart of Southern Utah’s canyon country, where red-rock cliffs, open desert, and dark night skies create a stunning backdrop for your stay. Our tiny home community is located just off Highway 59, so you may notice some road activity as you arrive - but the homes back up to sweeping red-rock views and a quiet residential area, offering a peaceful place to unwind once you’re settled in.



Apple Valley itself is a small, rural desert town with virtually no light pollution, making it perfect for stargazing. You’re also a short drive from the larger hubs of Hurricane, Utah, and Colorado City, Arizona, where you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and all the essentials for your adventures. With Zion National Park, Gooseberry Mesa, Sand Hollow, and countless trails and viewpoints within easy reach, this location puts you right in the middle of Southern Utah’s best scenery and outdoor experiences.



Getting Around:

A car is the best way to explore Southern Utah’s wide-open spaces, and you’ll have convenient parking right beside your tiny home. Bikes are absolutely welcome - this area is a dream for riders. Gooseberry Mesa, one of the world’s premier mountain biking destinations, is just a quick 6-minute drive away, with miles of trails and public lands to discover. Whether you’re cruising scenic highways or hitting desert singletrack, adventure is never far from your door.



Other Things to Note:

Most guests visit us for Zion National Park, but Southern Utah offers far more than one iconic destination. From our tiny home community, you’re within easy reach of some of the region’s most breathtaking landscapes: Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon North Rim, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Sand Hollow State Park, Snow Canyon, Gooseberry Mesa, and Pipe Spring National Monument—all roughly 20 minutes to 2 hours away.



The area is a playground for outdoor lovers, with endless opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, boating, sand-dune adventures, swimming, stargazing, and scenic photography.



A can’t-miss local gem is Water Canyon, just 20 minutes from the property. This free, beginner-friendly hike leads through towering canyon walls to a beautiful waterfall—an unforgettable experience before or after your Zion adventure.
