At the Coral Springs Resort, enjoy a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, an indoor pool and hot tub, tennis court, half basketball court, full work out facility, and club house!

A stone’s throw from the Red Cliffs National Conservation area and within close proximity to several national parks and recreational areas, it’s a nature enthusiast’s dream escape. Nearby, Sand Hollow State Park offers a mix of sandy beaches, clear blue waters, and striking red sandstone formations, an ideal spot for boating, fishing, swimming, and off-road exploration. Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, and smart TV.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Dedicated parking is available for one vehicle in designated spot #4. Additional parking is provided in the underground garage on a first-come, first-served basis.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located on the exterior of the balcony and actively monitoring the front door.
