This private escape is designed for pure relaxation, featuring a fully enclosed backyard with a private pool, patio seating, and BBQ grill. Inside, enjoy a foosball table, smart TVs throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, and private garage parking. You’ll also have access to the community pickleball courts, year-round pool and spa, and splash pad. However, you vacation, quiet rejuvenation, outdoor fun, or quality time together, Palazzo is where it becomes reality.

Located just north of the stunning Sand Hollow Reservoir lies Elim Valley, a community designed to provide a unique Southern Utah vacation experience! This green oasis in the desert showcases tree-lined streets and luscious fields overlooked by contemporary vacation rentals. Featuring 2 pools, a large spa, a splash pad area, and pickleball courts, this luxurious resort is perfectly situated for a short drive to Zion’s National Park, the city center, or one of many outdoor adventure sites!

There is no overnight street parking for any vehicles/trailers in this community. Any boats, trailers, buses, motor homes, campers, recreational vehicles, or other such vehicles must be parked in the garage or designated parking areas. There is trailer/RV/boat parking on the back side of Canterbury Road. Please reach out to the host prior to booking with any parking questions!

This was a great space for the 13 of us. It does state that the community pool is heated year round and that was not the case. The homes private pool was a little colder that bath water but the community pool was very cold. Loved having the pickleball court right across the way the kids and I had a blast playing. Loved the little store they have a few doors down. Being close to Sand Hallow was awesome. We also did roller skating at The Rinq, Staheli farms pumpkin patch and Field of Screams (super fun), last but not least House of Jump all 3 are under 30 minutes from this location.

Needs some help

The house itself was older but nice and big. There is no bathtub in this place so having little babies and small children was a challenge. The dishwasher was broken and we were not told, and there wasn't enough cleaner so I had to buy more, there wasn't enough paper towels, but they had plenty of garbage bags. There wasn't enough towels for showering and swimming so we were constantly doing dishes and washing, which isn't a vacation. We didn't even have 16 people let alone the 23 that said it could handle which was a complaint from another occupant that was never fixed. There wasn't enough outdoor seating, only 2 lounge chairs and a couple of tables that look like they needed replaced.No shade, which was also a complaint from someone earlier, which could be an easy fix, but was never fixed. The pool looks like it need better circulation. The house had a funny smell and wasn't clean, I found hair on the beds, and socks under furniture. The owners of the home need to update and fix the property. It had no closets which isn't really a problem, it's just very inconvenient if you have something to hang and want to put away your luggage. The beds were good, the bathrooms had enough TP, just not enough towels. The location was great. They need to really up their game

Wonderful

The photos do not do this property justice. It was absolutely beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was clean and the bedrooms were comfortable. We loved the pool (so relaxing!) we just wished there was more shade in the pool area, but that did not diminish the property at all. A perfect rental for a relaxing get away.

Great Home!

We had a great time staying here. close to the lake & sand hollow!! Only downside was the pool was super hot when we got there but the management was super willing to help us get it cooled down so we could use the poo and even offered to reimburse us for the time and money spent to cool it down. Everything else was great and would highly suggest renting this place through Red Rock Vacation Rentals!

Nothing to write home about

Lots of bedrooms but NO CLOSETS! DONT plan on hanging anything up because there isn’t a closet in any of the bedrooms. No where to even put your suitcase except on the floor which made it hard for our elderly parents to get in and out of their suitcases. Usually rentals have some games or puzzles. You’ll want to pack your own if you like to have them on vacation. Pickleball courts right outside your front door is great…but bring your own equipment. That isn’t supplied either. The decor is lacking. Kinda felt like this place was built with all the left over material from the other units. Nothing really went together. Luckily they had some pool towel's because there weren’t enough bath towels for all 17 of us even though the listing states it accommodates more than that. For the money we spent to stay here, we were very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend.

Nice location

When we arrived we noticed somethings that didn't meet our standards. The barbecue was left with hamburger on it and it was dirty. The dust was very thick on the ceiling fan,the ceiling had dry wall that wasn't finished. We did report this and they gave half of our cleaning deposit back.The chairs out side the webbing was broken through on about 5 chairs.

Great place!

We had so much fun boating at Sand Hollow and staying here was great. The house had plenty of space and everything you’d need. We wish there were pickle ball paddles to play, however, since it’s across the street from the courts. Beautiful community pool and hot tub was fun at night, too. We will stay again.
