Overlooking the living room, the full kitchen is furnished with lustrous wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space to play around on. You'll love using the large five-burner range to prepare tonight's home-cooked family meal. Challenge someone to a game of pool in the garage or spread out to do a little stargazing on the patio.

This home is right next to Sand Hollow Reservoir, just two-and-a-half miles away, and Zion National Park, just a 45-minute drive away. You'll be super close to lots of famous mountain biking trails like JEM Trail and Gooseberry Trail in Hurricane and ZEN trail in St. George. Tee off at Coral Canyon Golf Course (nine miles away) or Green Spring Golf Course (15 miles away).

Oversized parking is not allowed on the street in front of the house or in the dirt lot behind the house. The police will fine you $750 if you park on the dirt lot. For oversized parking, please park on Dixie Springs Rd.
The large bay garage on the left side of the home contains a boat that guests may not use.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
